The Brief: The brief requested an illustration for a cartoon owl. It was meant to accompany their new initiative, a chat bot called Department of Revenue Interactive or DORi. The chatbot was to be implemented to provide easy assistance to aid the public in answering frequent tax questions. It was requested for DORi to be fun, quirky and brightly colored.
